Tomorrow- tea, coffee, diet pop, protein shakes and smoothies, vegetables an that's it.
Plenty of water!!!!!!!!!!!
Take vitamins!!!!!!!!
Detox baths and yummy smelly lotions and crochet away;) I love having a plan for each day!
