Everything's Better In the Morning

ok so i peed a ton and this morning i weighed myself and I'm back to 141.6. that is insane. i have never had that much of a change in my weight in such a short period of time (except for when i  b/p) but anyways ya that was insane!

so day three of abc here i come! im planning on going to the gym and working out like crazy so that i can eat more. however i just heard that elliptical machines are not quite that accurate and you always burn less calories then it says you do. anyone know about that?

  1. Divide your burn by 2... That's more accurate.

  3. I've found elliptical machines are pretty accurate if you put in your weight and age. I have a HRM that I wear while I'm on the elliptical and the only time they don't match is when I go super hard and fast and get my heart rate up and then the number on my HRM is higher then what it says on the machine. Granted, I don't have a chest strap HRM it's just a watch but I'd say the machine is pretty accurate.

  4. I generally trust the machines, IDK how K came up with that... I remember how I used to eat like 800 cals a day and burn 300 cals on the elliptical and lost like a lb a day, even 2lbs sometimes. I totally second the working out more to eat more cuz ull definitely increase ur metabolism a lot more:) Good luck 2morrow!

  5. Diet must be a way of living, diet means nutrition. My boyfriend was raw vegan for 3 months and I can tell you that he is like a skelet now, he lost so much weight and boost his metabolism. Raw vegans have all problems with underweight, they at the end "suffer" from being too thin. They eat lots of fruit, vegetable, greens, nuts - but everything 'alive', not boiled. They are known as a healthy, filled with energy, skinny people. I'm also considering this diet for myself. I'm a vegan now, and I can tell you that you are losing your weight with veganism too. In one moment you might stop losing it, but you will never gain weight again (anless you're eating too much sugar, but vegans tend to be healthy and eat plant-based food so they don't eat anything rafined). So, I think this is good way to lose weight(forever), be strong, healthy, energetic and have a normal life. You can google about this things. Good luck and so much health! :)
