holy crap that was my weight yesterday! 138.8, after a few days of binging, I'm going through the exact motions you are right now. But weight put on quick is usually weight dropped quick! I worked out and burned 1500cals on the elliptical yesterday and so far have burned 600 cals today and when I weighed in empty this morning i was at 130.4 so try not to distress! You can shed it off quick!! Make sure you have your coffee every morning to help clear out your system. You can do it! You'd be surprised just how much your body can do when you put it to the test.
