goodmorning! 138.8 pounds

ok so im 138.8. not that amazing.... but better then 140, thats for sure. i will never be 140 ever again. never. thats way to much.

today is day three and 300 cals. it is going to be hard. but i can do it. it is going to be worth it. love you all!

  3. holy crap that was my weight yesterday! 138.8, after a few days of binging, I'm going through the exact motions you are right now. But weight put on quick is usually weight dropped quick! I worked out and burned 1500cals on the elliptical yesterday and so far have burned 600 cals today and when I weighed in empty this morning i was at 130.4 so try not to distress! You can shed it off quick!! Make sure you have your coffee every morning to help clear out your system.
    You can do it! You'd be surprised just how much your body can do when you put it to the test.
